Stage/Seminar – Schönengrund – Women Teaching, All Welcome

Dear Aikidoka and friends,
We are excited to invite you to an Aikido seminar on Saturday, 24th May 2025, in Schönengrund, hosted by Amadea Thoma (4th DAN, ACSA) from Aikidoschule St. Gallen and Moni .
This seminar marks the end of our beginners’ course and is a great opportunity for newcomers to see the wider Aikido community in action. The first two classes are especially suitable for children aged 10 and older, making it a great chance for young practitioners to get involved.
We will also explore Jo and Bokken work, adding a new dimension to the training.
Everybody is welcome, regardless of experience level – especially beginners!
If the weather is good, we plan to go on a hike in Appenzell on Sunday. Those who wish to stay overnight are welcome to sleep in a tree tent for a unique experience.

Wir freuen uns, euch zu einem Aikido-Seminar am Samstag, 24. Mai 2025, in Schönengrund einzuladen! Das Seminar wird von Amadea Thoma (4. DAN, ACSA) von der Aikidoschule St. Gallen und mir geleitet.
Dieses Seminar findet zum Abschluss eines Anfängerkurses statt und soll zeigen, dass Aikido in einer grösseren Gemeinschaft praktiziert wird. Die ersten beiden Lektionen sind besonders für Kinder ab 10 Jahren geeignet, sodass auch junge Aikidoka aktiv teilnehmen können.
Ein Schwerpunkt wird das Training mit Jo und Bokken sein.
Alle sind herzlich willkommen, unabhängig vom Erfahrungsniveau – besonders Anfänger!
Falls das Wetter mitspielt, planen wir am Sonntag eine Wanderung in Appenzell. Wer über Nacht bleiben möchte, hat die Möglichkeit, in einem Baumzelt zu übernachten – eine besondere Erfahrung!

Nous avons le plaisir de vous inviter à un stage d’Aïkido le samedi 24 mai 2025 à Schönengrund. Le stage sera dirigé par Amadea Thoma (4e DAN, ACSA) de l’Aikidoschule St. Gallen et moi-même.
Ce stage marque la fin d’un cours pour débutants et a pour but de leur montrer qu’ils font partie d’une communauté plus large de pratiquants. Les deux premières sessions sont particulièrement adaptées aux enfants à partir de 10 ans, afin qu’ils puissent également participer activement.
Nous travaillerons également avec le Jo et le Bokken.
Tout le monde est le bienvenu, quel que soit son niveau – en particulier les débutants !
Si la météo est favorable, nous organiserons une randonnée à Appenzell le dimanche. Ceux qui souhaitent rester sur place pourront passer la nuit dans une tente suspendue dans les arbres – une expérience unique !
